It is important that you follow these guidelines, so we have made them as clear, concise, and easy to understand as possible. In this document, "your service" refers to any service you have or rent from us. "We" refers to CraftLands Hosting.
If you have any questions after reading our Terms of Service, please reach out to our support team for clarification. While we aim to provide reasonable notice for major changes to this document, it may not always be possible. Therefore, please check back frequently for updates.
By purchasing any service from our website, you agree to abide by our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any service, with or without notice, warning, or refund, for any reason. We may also modify our Terms of Service at any time, with or without notifying the client. It is the client's responsibility to periodically review the most recent Terms of Service. If a client fails to comply with the updated Terms of Service, their service may be terminated at our discretion.
Use Common Sense: If you suspect that an action might lead to trouble, it likely will.
Termination Policy: We reserve the right to terminate any service at any time without the possibility of a refund, though we hope this won't be necessary.
Terms of Service Updates: Our Terms of Service may change at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed about these updates.
Legal Use: Do not use our services for any activities that are illegal in Italy or your country of residence.
Service Disruption: Do not use your service to disrupt or interfere with any other CraftLands Hosting service or any other service on the internet.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
Parental Consent: If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services. Ensure they review this agreement with you.
General
By purchasing a Minecraft server from our website, you agree to comply with the Minecraft Usage Guidelines. If your server is found to be in violation of these guidelines, it may be suspended until the violating content is removed.
Our services are not explicitly limited by bandwidth, but there are some restrictions:
Services will not be activated until the first payment is received.
If you do not renew your service before it expires, you have a one-day grace period to pay the overdue invoice without disruption or penalty. After this period, your service will be suspended until payment is made.
If payment is not received within seven days, your service will be terminated, and your files will be deleted from our servers.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension. If you encounter any issues, please contact support, and we will assist you in resolving them.
We offer the option to set up scheduled payments to automatically add credit to your account at your specified frequency. If you choose to schedule automatic payments (e.g., PayPal subscription), these are linked to your account, not to any individual service.
Account credit is non-refundable and non-withdrawable.
All refund requests must be submitted via a ticket on our website or Discord.
To request a refund, you must be logged into your client account. If you are not logged in when submitting the ticket, we cannot accept it as a refund request. In such cases, our support team will ask you to log in and resubmit the request. You will have 48 hours from the time of our request to log in and request a refund.
When logging in and opening your new request, you must reference the original ticket ID from the ticket created while not logged in, if the initial 72-hour period has passed. Failure to provide the ticket ID will prevent us from locating your original request, and no additional time will be granted.
If the client opens a dispute, we reserve the right to suspend any and all of the client's services.
All setup fees and dedicated servers are not refundable
All refunds will be provided as credit or via the original payment method at our discretion. When a refund is issued, any related services will be terminated.
Eligibility: Refunds can be requested within the first 72 hours of ordering a new service. To be eligible, you must explain why you wish to cancel and receive a refund. Each client is only eligible for the 72-Hour Refund Policy once.
Refund Requests: Submit all refund requests via our website or Discord. The 72-hour period is calculated from the time of order to the time the request is submitted. You may be asked to provide a reason for your refund request, which will not affect your eligibility.
Client Response: If we contact you for additional information or confirmation, you must respond within 48 hours. Failure to do so will void your eligibility for the 72-hour refund.
First 72 Hours Only: This policy only covers the first 72 hours after a new plan begins. Refunds for service renewals are not eligible under this policy.
Single Transaction: The 72-hour money-back guarantee applies to a single transaction per client account. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple refunds is prohibited and will result in denial of the refund.
Disputes: Opening a dispute on any payment will void your eligibility for the 72-hour refund policy.
Service Completion: If a Server Management request has been fulfilled, you immediately lose eligibility for the 72-hour refund.
Multiple Accounts: Clients found creating multiple accounts to claim refunds multiple times will be denied refunds.
Payment Methods: Some payment methods may not support refunds, as determined by the payment gateway. In such cases, the refund will be issued as account credit.
Timely Responses: To maintain refund eligibility, you must respond to all messages from us (including automated responses) within 48 hours. Failure to respond within this timeframe will void your eligibility, unless you are still within the initial 72-hour period from ordering the service.
If you retract your refund request or do not confirm the refund within 48 hours of our request, the request will become void. You can submit a new refund request, but it will only be eligible if the 72-hour period from the original order has not passed.
We recognize that overpayments and accidental payments can occur and are committed to resolving these issues with you.

Enforcement of Terms of Service:
To report abuse on the CraftLands Hosting network, contact us.
Any abuse complaints concerning your service will be promptly forwarded to you for immediate attention. We may suspend your services until these complaints are fully addressed. If the investigation confirms the abuse report, your services may be terminated.
