How to Install the AuctionHouse Plugin on Minecraft

What is AuctionHouse Plugin

AuctionHouse (Auction House Plugin by ElaineQheart) is a Minecraft plugin that allows players to buy and sell items through a simple in-game marketplace. Players can list their items for sale, and other players can purchase them using server's currency.

Requirements

• Vault (or VaultUnlocked if you use Folia)
• Any Economy Plugin (for example EssentialsX or BetterEconomy)

How to Install

To install this plugin, you first need to open your Minecraft server's web panel.

1. 1Install Vault and your economy plugin first, the same way. AuctionHouse does not start without Vault.
2. 2Locate 'Plugins' section in the sidebar and click on it.
3. 3Locate Searchbar and search "Auction House" (two words, so this plugin comes up first).
4. 4Click the Install button next to Auction House Plugin by ElaineQheart.

1. 5Select the correct version to install.
2. 6Click Install button again.
3. 7Restart your Minecraft server to activate the plugin.

This will install the plugin in your server.

Verify Installation

To verify the installation, type plugins in your server console. AuctionHouse should be listed in green; if it is red or missing, check that Vault and your economy plugin are installed and restart again.

How to Use AuctionHouse

In order to use this plugin, you will have to run the following command in-game:

/ah

This command will open a GUI, where you will be able to find and purchase items (which are listed by other players). To sell, hold the item and use one of these:

/ah sell <price> [amount]
/ah bid <price> [amount]

The first lists the item at a fixed price, the second starts an auction. Moderator commands such as /ah admin need the auctionhouse.moderator permission or op.
