Medieval MC (MMC4) is preinstalled before first boot, and new releases update in one click.

Chunks load fast even with 200+ mods. Every node runs on NVMe SSDs.
What Is a Medieval MC Server?
Medieval MC MMC4 drops a fantasy kingdom on top of Minecraft 1.20.1, running on Forge 47.4.13 with the 350 plus mods LunaPixelStudios lists behind it. Everything is bent toward the setting: Biomes O' Plenty and Geophilic Reforged handle terrain, Towns and Towers with ChoiceTheorem's Overhauled Village rework settlements, Wabi-Sabi Structures and When Dungeons Arise fill the space between them, and Medieval Origins Revival lets each player start as something other than a plain human.
Two loops run side by side. MineColonies, Structurize and Stylecolonies let your group hire citizens and grow a real settlement, while Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks, Ars Nouveau, Eidolon Repraised, Wizard's Reborn and Forbidden and Arcanus cover the magic ladder. Tetra handles modular gear, Apotheosis and the Passive Skill Tree scale loot and stats, and Ice and Fire dragons, L_Ender's Cataclysm and Mowzie's Mobs provide the things worth killing.
MineColonies is what makes this pack expensive to host. Every citizen paths, works and hauls while its chunks are loaded, so tick time grows with each colony your players found rather than with the number of people online. Add Survive tracking thirst, temperature and stamina per player, Serene Seasons Plus changing the world underneath them, and structure-dense worldgen, and the 8 GB floor is unavoidable even on a quiet evening.
Choose Medieval MC for a group that wants to build and defend something, and for roleplay servers where a shared kingdom is the whole idea. Space colonies well apart, cap how many each player may found by editing the MineColonies config through full file access, and keep FTB Chunks claims tidy. The bundled spark profiler will name the colony eating your tick before you conclude the plan is too small.

How Much RAM Does a Medieval MC (MMC4) Server Need?
8 GB before anyone joins, then roughly 0.2 GB per player online.
This is the idle footprint of the pack itself, so no player slots remain. The usual symptom is a server that boots, then stalls the moment a colony puts its first few citizens to work.
The 20 player tier, and the first one where a colony's citizens keep working normally while somebody else is fighting a dragon on the far side of the map.
Room for 40 players, and the tier to pick once several colonies are past their early stages, since every citizen keeps pathfinding while its chunks stay loaded.
Sized from Medieval MC (MMC4)'s 8 GB floor plus 0.2 GB per concurrent player. You can move between these tiers from the panel at any time, prorated to the day.

Host is good, owner helps around alot and staff is pretty active improves experience, especially for new developers
Best host ive ever used, mrdadone delt with my stupidity and orbit helped set up everything and helped work out all issue, you should deff buy a plan
the host is amazing, never had any issues, and the performance is crazy!
My server KuroKraft uses Craftlands hosting, great CPU great performance, but performance aside, a big thing is mrDadone and OrbitalGaming actually help a lot with running and setting up and giving advice on everything for the better. Network issues, plugin recommendations, server monitoring, they do it all. … The last thing they will do is push trying to get you to spend more on ram first if ur server is lagging because its 99.99% something else that is most likely the issue first before lack of memory or disk.
So far, AMAZING. They provide great support and multiple services! Helped setup a Proxy for our server and gave good suggestions for Plugins! They take the time to explain things to you and are honest with their Clients. A big winner for me, being able to buy multiple months in advanced is too good. All for a fair price for the Specs they provide.
Craftlands hosting is the best hosting server I ever brought to get servers, it not expensive and got good specs for big servers. The service team i have are great and they help me with a lot of stuff and quick with a lot stuff I'm glad to buy from them
