What Is a Prominence II Server?
Prominence II: Hasturian Era is ElocinDev's RPG pack for Fabric on Minecraft 1.20.1, and with close to twelve million CurseForge downloads it is one of the most played modded RPGs around. You play a Flameborn of Vaaz pushing back the Void's invasion across two storylines, The Void's Invasion and The Hasturian Era, inside a custom hotbar, custom GUI and a volcanic visual style made for the pack.
Progression is a character, not a tech tree. You level up, earn talent points every two levels and spend them in a Talent Tree of 10 fates, 16 passive talents, 5 active abilities and 100 stat talents, backed by Spell Engine and Better Combat. The campaign hands you a Molten Core to forge an artifact weapon, which you then upgrade with Artifact Power gathered from Molten Remnants.
The v3.9.27 manifest pulls in more than 650 CurseForge projects, and the weight is combat rather than machinery. Spell projectiles, constant attribute recalculation and mobs that scale to player level all cost tick time, and the story scatters your group across Mine Cells, Aquamirae, Eldritch End, the Bumblezone, BetterEnd and BetterNether, each holding chunks open at once. Lithium, FerriteCore and ModernFix are included, which is why the floor sits at 6 GB.
This suits a group that wants a campaign with a beginning and an end rather than an open sandbox. Lootr is in the pack, so every player opens their own instance of a dungeon chest and nobody loses out by arriving late, while FTB Teams keeps quest progress shared. Chunky ships too, so you can pregenerate before a launch night, and choosing a region near your players keeps timing-based combat fair.

How Much RAM Does a Prominence II Server Need?
6 GB before anyone joins, then roughly 0.2 GB per player online.
Six gigabytes is what the Fabric server allocates before the first login, leaving zero for players. Dimension switches into BetterEnd or the Bumblezone are usually where it gives out.
Two gigabytes above the pack floor, which buys 10 players: enough for a party running the campaign and its side dimensions together.
Covers 30 players. Take this for a public RPG server where several parties sit in different chapters and different dimensions at the same time.
Sized from Prominence II's 6 GB floor plus 0.2 GB per concurrent player. You can move between these tiers from the panel at any time, prorated to the day.
