Valhelsia 6 is the Valhelsia team's 1.20.1 Forge pack, 286 mods in release 6.2.3, and it deliberately ships without a quest book. Nothing tells you what to do next, which is the design: you land in a Biomes O' Plenty overworld salted with Valhelsia Structures and decide for yourself whether the run is about building, machinery, spellcasting or dimension hopping. It is a sandbox rather than a checklist.

Beyond the overworld you can reach the Twilight Forest, The Undergarden, Deeper and Darker's Otherside, The Aether and Ad Astra's planets, while Galosphere fills the caves and Enlightend rebuilds the End. Automation comes from Create with Steam 'n' Rails, PneumaticCraft: Repressurized, Mekanism and Immersive Engineering. Magic runs through Ars Nouveau and Botania. Alex's Mobs, Alex's Caves and Aquamirae make sure the map fights back while you travel.

The load profile is exploration shaped rather than factory shaped. Valhelsia Structures, Biomes O' Plenty and Galosphere all add work to chunk generation, and every extra dimension someone visits is another set of loaded chunks and ticking entities the server keeps warm. Alex's Mobs and Alex's Caves push mob density well above vanilla. Bases are comparatively cheap here, so this pack usually stalls on travel, not on machines.

Valhelsia 6 fits mixed groups: one person builds with Valhelsia Furniture and Supplementaries, another runs a Create factory, another hunts Aquamirae bosses, and nothing forces a shared progression order. Without quests, agree on a rough goal before the first session or people drift. The pack bundles Chunky, so pregenerate a sensible overworld radius, set up Waystones hubs early, and expect the first Ad Astra launch to test your memory ceiling.
